Feedback on Ajjas
Feedback on AJJAS GPSAJJAS GPS is a very good device with many useful features like exact location tracking, engine on/off control from the phone, fuel consumption details, geo-fence alerts, and many more. The AJJAS technical team is very supportive, especially Miss Radika Madam. She solves problems easily and always responds in a polite and professional manner. Her way of talking is excellent, which makes it very comfortable to communicate. If all technical support staff provided assistance like Radika Madam, I am sure many problems would be solved on time. However, one thing that disappointed me is that customer support closes at 6 PM daily and remains closed on Saturdays and Sundays. It is my humble request to the company to kindly provide 24/7 customer support so that customers can get timely help whenever needed.

Works Well, But Premium Features Stop After a Year
Good device, working fine. I’m using more than one. The only issue is — after 1 year, many premium features stop unless you pay ~₹700. This is not clearly mentioned in the listing. It only says the SIM data is valid for 1 year. Still, the product itself is reliable.

Perfect product and KANGANA madam help and support from Ajjas team.
Firstly got a dysfunctional product from Amazon but when I consulted Ajjas team. Kangana madam from Ajjas team helped me replace the product with the new working product from the starting day to installation of the product and have patience to explain to my technician, so, that he can install it in properly and the product is working perfectly. I’m so satisfied with the product and Kangana mam from Ajjas team for her patience, help and support. Thank you Ajjas and Kangana mam for your time and support.

Commendable work and Support
Initially the product wasn’t working properly and had to report the issue to AJJAS Team. The representatives were quick enough to respond and ensured that I get my device inspected and replaced with a new device. The work of AJJAS Team Representatives especially Ms. Divya and Ms. Swati have been quite commendable for the ounce of effort and support that they have provided. Thank you team please keep up the work.

Ajjas GPS: Looks Smart, Acts Dumb
Pros:1. Remote engine shut-off works well – does exactly what it’s supposed to.2. GPS tracking is reliable – location data is generally accurate.3. Good product quality – the device feels sturdy and well-built.4. Responsive customer support – they’re quick to respond and try to help.Cons:1. Warranty risk on new bikesIf you’re installing it on a brand-new vehicle, cutting the wires during installation can void your warranty. I had to resort to a workaround that works—but came with its own compromises and risks.2. The app is unintuitive & inaccurateOdometer readings are consistently off, which makes features like fuel logs unreliable.3. Fuel logs are practically uselessIn theory, they’re great. In reality, they’re based on faulty odometer data, so they lose meaning.4. Network dependency kills its main featureIf you’re in a low-network or no-network area, you lose all control and visibility. That defeats the purpose of having a tracker or remote engine shut-off in the first place.5. Poor installation experience + no battery usage logsAll installation tutorials basically say: cut your bike wires. Not ideal for a brand-new bike.Plus, there’s no way to monitor actual power draw. I started facing headlight flickering and indicator failures after installation—directly after, not before.6. Workarounds kill the main featureCustomer support was helpful, but ultimately suggested I stop using the remote shut-off feature and just use it as a GPS tracker. That’s… not why I bought the device.7. Hidden costsI paid ₹1200 for the device thinking it was a one-time deal. Turns out, to keep remote engine shut-off and a few other features active, you need to pay ₹800–₹900 annually. That wasn’t clear up front.Verdict:Ajjas promises a lot—and for tech-savvy users who enjoy tweaking their bike, it might feel exciting. But for the average rider, especially someone with a new vehicle, this device is more hassle than it’s worth. If I could go back, I wouldn’t buy it. And honestly, I’ll likely uninstall it once the first-year subscription ends.If you’re just looking for a reliable GPS tracker with minimal wiring mess and no extra fees, this isn’t it.⸻Disclaimer:This is my personal experience and opinion. It doesn’t mean the device is unusable or that others won’t find value in it—but it definitely didn’t deliver the experience I expected
