Larger than I expected.Very professional and high quality camera.Good camera for a group meeting.

I bought this camera to use to support my work from home conference calls. Initially I was having some issues with connectivity, quality of camera, and ability to maintain track on the AI recognition facial. Upon expressing my concern with the seller, the seller and technical team did everything they could to fix my issues, including sending me firmware updates and a replacement camera without hesitancy. They also followed up frequently to make sure I didn't have any questions or need any assistance. As far as the the customer service of the product, I give it 5+ stars. However with me still having some issues that I think that are just tied to my laptop with audio dropping, I give it 4 stars as it isn't a perfect fit for my situation.

Works like it should

I hardly ever write reviews, but I am very disappointed in this camera. Purchased to work at a nonprofit for small conference room and it does not turn on and recognize my laptop when plugged in. Have to plug in and take out multiple times for it to recognize and work. The camera and speaker will also cut out in the middle of Zoom. Camera does not work in Slack huddle. When the camera and speakers work, it's great. Unfortunately its a 50/50 if it works or not. I have purchased way cheaper cameras that work much better than this. Would not buy again nor recommend, especially at this price point.

The media could not be loaded.  I recently purchased the TONGVEO Webcam, and I must say, it has completely transformed my video conferencing experience! As someone who spends a significant amount of time in virtual meetings and conferences, finding the perfect webcam was crucial for me, and this one exceeded my expectations.
