Has most of the things I need to treat sports injury could do with more taping but good product and handy sized bag

Item arrived faulty and I was unable to return within 3 days of receiving. Therefore left with a first aid bag that cant close properly.

Right first things 1st to the negative points of receiving this safety first aide rugby kit sports bag, I did not receive all of the first aid kit which is listed in the description field on Amazon’s webpage which is supposed to be incorporated in this product. As Amazon asks me to give a honest and non-biased review with thee products that I request. this hasn’t got off to a great start, especially something as simple as including all of the first aid kit. The first aide sports bag that was sent to me was missing the following items, 1X polythene apron, 10 X moist wipes (I only received eight moist wipes), 12 ex safety pins, 2X self seal waste bags. After receiving and examining this product going through the description and making sure everything was there and noticing that several items was missing, I decided to check on previous reviews there was several disgruntled customers and some who are happy, but I am unsure if those thoroughly checked all of the equipment which they were supposed to be receiving. Right now to the sports bag itself, the bag is approximately width 14 inches, height 12 inches, depth 6 1/2 inches. The bag is water resistant navy in colour and has allsport medical printed on the front and also has the first aid symbol. There is a separate compartment on the front which is Velcro the top of the bag has two zips which are connected by a material handle. When the zips are fully opened the top of the bag opens with a flap, on the inside of the flap there is four elasticated loops to place pens et cetera or first-aid utensils. The bag comes with two carrying handles which also has a Velcro strap to tie them both together, there is also a shoulder strap which can be adjusted to make the strap longer or shorter. Right now to my summary of this product, check that you have all of your first aide equipment that is listed, The bag itself is A perfect size for the job intended and has plenty of spare room, there is a a quick access Velcro pocket for your most demanding first-aid kit necessities such as rubber gloves plasters et cetera. I know this is specifically designed for full contact sport, but this would be also perfect for travelling around Europe, camping and for so many other outdoor events. I would’ve gave it five out of five if I had had all of the equipment, but because mine had equipment missing I am going to deduct two stars.
