Q: is this plastic or wood ?

I was wondering the same thing. Material stated as wood, while description says polypropylene which is essentially plastic, and definitely not wood. Hmmm

Q: Is this actually 18.25" long as stated or is it 16.5"? Some of the dimensions listed on amazon are incorrect. I'm looking for a large round seat.

It is 16.5 from the white tab where the screw holds the seat in to the front.

Q: The round one? Does it come with easy fixing because my entire toilet seat mount came off with the old toilet seat when it broke?

This comes with everything you need to put it on the toilet. All it needs are the 2 holes already in the toilet where the bolts go.
