If you need extra minerals and are mineral Deficient these are a great option! The customer care team is excellent! I had an issue and they solved it immediately.I will say though that these seem a little less potent than the other brand I use which could either be good or bad depending on your needs.All in all these work great and get the job done.

that being said, I also do not use these according to the bottle instructions. I put around four drops per 8OZ of distilled water. My niece, who works for the County, has a very health conscious coworker that also uses these drops to add to her distilled water. I have been using this product for about 4 years now and I plan to continue doing so. It takes the edge off the taste of distilled water, which I drink for health reasons.

I only wish I had a better idea of the actual nutritive value of the various minerals as I am trying to reverse osteoporosis.

We got this to enhance the flavor of our poor overs. Just two drops per cup of coffee and it really brightens up the flavor. If you are coffee nerds like we are and just super picky about everything from the kettle you use, to getting small batch organic beans, to getting bamboo filters, this will definitely rock your world. Aside benefit is it helps with muscle cramps at night. Hubs has started using it too because he also gets muscle cramps. Just two drops daily in a glass of water or a cup of coffee.

I bought this to replace minerals in my RO water; however, every time I use them, I get a headache. I have searched the internet for this issue, but no one else seems to be talking about it. I am not sure what to think at this point. I will try again when it's a bit less hot here. It may be coincidence that I am getting a headache on the days I use this.
