Very quiet on high speed
This was easy to install and on slow speed its silent and high speed still very quiet. The timer can be set from 30 sec to 30 min. Worth the money and I am very pleased with fan.

Quiet and efficient
Bought this as a replacement for the same model which had broken. I hope this one lasts longer than 4 years!

works great, very good quality, quiet and fast, even on fast its not loud enough to bother me while sleeping.extracts steam very well, no complaints

Far from silent
After a month of relatively noisy running this has started rattling/clicking. The fan is off-centre and collides with the bodywork.Outside of Amazon's laughable 1-month return window and therefore I'm stuck with a fan I can't run when anyone in the house is asleep.

Silent running but mine is damaged
Good silent fan does the job well on low speed BUT the one I received was unfortunately damaged as in the fact that it won't run on the timer after we turn off the light switch which was exactly the reason I bought this model. I have it fitted so won't be returning it but very disappointing as I thought I was buying a good dependable big name quality product

Sounds awful after 2 months
The media could not be loaded. Works well enough and before developing the noise was quite quiet, either somethings given up in the fan or it's rubbing on something in the housing....

Not silent, but works well
Silent - no - quiet - yes (unless you put in fast speed, then more noisy)
