I recently bought this item and have had no problems with it what so ever.

Is this cherry more like hot pink than red? i am looking for hot pink glitter htv.

Is this vinyl good for headbands? Does it stretch ok?

No, this HTV doesn't really stretch at all. It's somewhat dense, so it will cause stretchy fabrics to pucker if placed where the garment must stretch. There's a stretchy HTV that has Sports or Stretch in the name, try that if you need stretch.
