Like others who have reviewed, mine too caught fire, multiple times. I kept putting it out and trying to use it again, but it just isn't safe.I don't understand why they don't make these out of a heat resistant ceramic instead.

When I Saw this product, I loved all the accessories that come with it and also the useful moxa tool holder. When I received it, it was in a bubble wrapped bag, product was cracked. There is no way to return or exchange it. So Buyer Beware. Selling broken goods to consumers.

This holder worked well for me for months until I tried using smokeless moxa. Lighting and inverting the stick as usual. It functioned for about 15 minutes. The holder became hotter than usual. Finally catching fire. By the time I extinguished the flames the holder was unusable.
