Excellent headache relief
These are not painkillers, but taken alongside ibuprofen (or similar) help aid recovery and seem to avoid rebound headaches. Maybe I should use these as a preventative?

Seems to work for reducing light sensitivity
Bought these as recommended by nurse for light sensitivity. Freaked out a bit as it turns your urine yellow. Also leaves yellow dust on your fingers so watch out what you touch. Taking two a day spaced out and it does seem to help . Early days yet as have to take it for at least three Months apparently. Value wise, not the cheapest but okay.

Hard to swallow
I've only had one of these so far. They are very dry and hard to swallow. They get stuck in the throat so you need plenty of water. The dark orange dust in the container from the pills stains your fingers. Hope they do their job. I'm taking B2 as I get an occurrence of chelitis on the corner of my mouth about once a year. Supposed to be if you're run down and lacking vitamin B2. Let's see if it works. Oh and don't be shocked to see your urine turns bright yellow. This apparently is quite normal.

Only 100mg each tablet
Although these tablets are a good buy for anyone who needs vitamin B2 you have to remember that they are only 100mg per teblet. Unfortunately I take 400mg per day so was costly to me. I also found that they didn't have much of a coating on so we're very powdery when handling them
