Got these for my small business. The set up and install is very easy and the picture is excellent quality. I am not very tech friendly but found these super easy to work with. Delighted with my purchase and the price is very reasonable for the quality. There is nightvision and the option for motion detection activation. I do not have them connected to the Internet so can't comment on the app etc. Highly recommend

A great value for money kit, very simple to install with easy instructions. Its literally a plug and play kit than can be as neatly installed as you desire, the system setup requires a wired internet connection but is very simple to do and easily customisable.

Very easy to install - routing the wires to the hard drive box is going to be more difficult depending on where the box and cameras are located in each house but the large cable length provided was way more than I needed. Once the cables are sorted the hard drive installation I also found to be very simple although the instructions arent amazing. Picture quality is really good during the day or in brighter light but the Infra Red vision is a smaller section in the centre of the camera during the night so the useful field of view is smaller but still good quality. Overall I've been really pleased with this set and would recommend them.

Whilst the live camera view was good, the motion detection on the app was terrible. Either sending many notifications at the slightest gust of wind, or sending no notifications even when I'm stood right in front of the camera. Particularly bad at nighttime. Raised with support, but was repeatedly asked for my username and password to access which made me uncomfortable.

It pains me to write a 1 star review about any Annke / Sannce product as usually they are quite good but on this occassion I have a few issues.On set up two of the dome cameras dont appear to work tried them on a different dvr as well. Very disappointing. The other two camera do work and are of excellent quality its just the two that dont work which has let this system down.The DVR itself appears to lagg quite badly and playback is a struggle this is only with two cameras connected i must add. It also makes a strange humming noise occasionally. Faulty? or on its way out.. I think i got the only bad apples with this one as previous Annke stuff works wonders. Really Disappointing AnnkeI would be happy to communicate with the seller once they reply to my message which i sent a while ago.

My husband bought the Sannce DVR camera kit with one TB hard drive and 4 dome cameras after reading many favourable reviews. I would recommend this unit as good value for money. I did find the setup a little challenging but tried it out on the kitchen table first to get familiar with its operation. One problem I had was that I missed the information that this unit would not work for remote viewing on a MacBook Pro but worked effortlessly on a Windows PC. Then I before trying to connect to my iPhone 6 I read all the negative reports regarding XMEye and expected major problems but followed the instructions and got connected ok, I have been able to view the cameras remotely on wifi and 3G without problem so far, do logout from XMEye after you have viewed otherwise your phone battery will run down very quickly. The dome cameras look professional and are quite unobtrusive and the clarity is very good, facial recognition is ok if the distance from the camera is up to about 3M, mine look out onto the drive and cover the front and rear garden and have been setup to record when somebody walks up the paths, I originally thought I would need a 2/3 TB hard drive but recon I will get 2 to 3 months the way mine is setup before the drive starts to overwrite. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase I only have one regret and that is that I didn't buy the 8 channel unit as I would like to have fitted a couple of extra cameras to try and see how the Heron keeps pinching my fish!
