Q: Does the juice oxidize if it sits for a day?

I store my juices in glass containers and in the fridge for only up to 24, maximum 36 hours and haven’t seen any oxidation.

Q: How long does it take to juice celery?

it juices celery pretty easily, so the time it takes would depend on how much celery you're juicing. I juice about 2 stalks every morning, in less than 10 minutes, but I have already cleaned and cut the celery too.

Q: How easy / difficult is it to clean the juicer? I've owned previous juicers where cleaning the filter is a nightmare.

It is super easy to clean. Most of the parts can just be rinsed with water. It comes with a nifty little brush designed to fit all the crevices.

Q: Can this juicer handle beans and/or nuts?

I would not try that because they do not have juice in them like fruits and vegetables. You may damage your machine if you use it that way.
