Ann Chery Sport/Workout Waist Cincher 2026

Brilliant waist trainer for the petite person. I am 5ft and a size 8. I purchased the medium after much deliberation and this fit well. I was surprised as many people said go for the smaller size. I would recommend going up a size from the advice on Ann Chery. You could always get used to wearing them and gradually move to the smaller one. I have tried the smaller ones and I can barely breathe. It works. The trainer helps with reducing the desire to eat. I completely went off food! However, it's comfortable enough to keep on all day...but sometimes it can get very uncomfortable (around menstruation).

I ordered 2 on the same day to make sure I got the right fit and sent the small one back. I was considering keeping it until I fit it but I decided it might make me rush to squeeze into it! I had struggle to get this on but I knew it would fit because I go in under my breasts allot which is where i could fasten it easier, then my fat is more towards my hips and stomach so I had a struggle after the first 2 hooks. But it's been a week and I can do it up ok the second row but I don't use it on the second row unless I'm going out because I wear it more for workouts and it's still a bit tight for working out on the second row but in a few more weeks I'm sure I'll be their! It's not too uncomfortable. I can wear for a long time. I have run in mine 20 mins on the treadmill without any issues just don't have it on too tight if your going to do that it's about extra sweat and holding the mummy tummy in for me! You need to be able to breath properly if doing cardio! I can see a difference in my stretched skin on my tummy but only a little but it's early days. I look forward to using longer and seeing more results! I am eating health as well as using this and exercise

This product should not be sold to pear shapes it really really fits horrible, it's too big and folds on the ribcage, not really very tight on the waist but way too tight on the hips it then pulls unformfortabley upwards as it try to slide up the waist folding and pinching all over, if your a pear I suggest lace or miniature waist cincher. My measurements are 36" bust 27" waist and 39" hips

This is my first waist trainer that I bought and tried. I didnt know what to expect, i did my research but untill you try it yourself its not the same. First i want to mention the quality, you dont need to be a waist trainer expert to see that material is top quality. Also it feels comfortable, (of course, considering the fact that you are wearing a waist corset/cincher.). It doesnt hurt, yet it tightens. the only thing i would like, it would be to have 3 hooks.I think i will go through this one pretty fast, since it only has 2 rows of hooks. which brings me to mentioning the hooks itself,a re very strong and of high quality. But what I was most impressed about was shipping. I live on a small island Malta, and I ordered this waist trainer on SUNDAY 11th september, and it arrived on wednesday 14th september.(standard shipping) my tracking info said it will arrive between 16th and 27th september, so I was very suprised when I got it after 3 days. overall, I LOVE IT. i will be wearing it a lot, and i think its worth the money. I recommend!.

Having researched and read the reviews of this waist trainer im looking forward to seeing my results of wearing it. I'm a size 8-10 and bought a size small, I did however measure my waist before buying it just to be on the safe side. The first time of trying it on it was a bit of a squeeze but i got there in the end and since then it's been easier to get on. I wore it for a couple of hours for my first time just to get used to it and found it comfortable and was able to move around in it easily. I've not yet trained in it for the gym yet but I can't see me having any problems moving about even for core work. I would not however use it for cardio just like they recommend you not to, you would find it difficult to breathe. My figure looks amazing in it and you can see instant results once you've got it on and is really discreet under tight fitted clothes.

The wife seems to like it.. She was hesitant to go for a medium as she is usually size small (size 8). She went for medium and it seems to fit well.

This item was for my daughter, who ordered it. Too small. Unfortunately there is a non replacement on this item, so it's sat in the drawer.

Using the measurements on the product information I got a large, and it only really comes round my back and sides..

Amazing waist trainer, fit as expected, bought one 4 years ago. Ever since, I've been buying my waist trainer from Ann Chery. It's really the best waist trainer on the market, it sucks everything in and doesn't let anything out. At first, it's true that it's hard to breathe, but you get used to it. I also been using it at the gym and it gave me amazing results!

I loved it. It was authentic and clearly well-made. I did have to return it though and here is why. I'm 5'4, 155 lbs and my waist measure around 29-30. After reading many reviews, I decided to buy a size Large (36), color PINK. It arrived only 3 days after I ordered it, using Amazon Prime. Very fast shipping. I was super excited when it arrived, and tried it on immediately. I knew it was supposed to be a struggle to get on and pretty snug, but it wasn't that way for me. I was able to put it on the second hooks, right away, so I knew that it was too small. Refunds are FREE and they were very easy and quick to refund my money. I ended up buying another Anny Chery Deportiva Workout Waist Cincher with 3 HOOKS from another seller in a size MEDIUM (34) color purple, same sturdy built. The 3 hook was a longer than the 2 hook and was able to cover my love handles lol (incase anyone else has love handles, this is important to know. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
