I purchase these to keep my bronchi cool and suppress my coughs, as a YouTube video suggested. The coolness sustains a good 6 hours or so. I can see other uses to keep cool, like a hot summer day. I will buy more when I finish my first box.

These fever patches are coolest when first applied (cool, but not cold) and remain cool for about 45 min. The patches have a unique smell, so do not buy them if you are sensitive to smells (menthol maybe). I have used these patches to keep me cool in the summer heat and when I get migraines. One drawback of the patches is that they will not stick to your skin if you are sweating. Another drawback is that the patches must stay on the skin, so it is not practical to wear them on the forehead when in public. The patches are very sticky, but unlike mentioned in other reviews, they did not leave a blue hue on my skin.

Like other products, it originally plays the same role in cooling down. However, the mint scent of this product makes it much more refreshing. It is soft when removed after use, and the price is good.
