This looked really nice on the site but it is really flimsy. The scales are small and thin. The balance is poor. Iti feels and looks cheap.

Short two weights. Was offered a full refund that never materialized. Id was my second purchase of this same scale from this buyer. First one might have been short one weight. That’s why I had to buy a second scale, (which got costlier than I had hoped for), just to have a complete set. Customer service lacking or slow at best. Communication breakdown never a good way to do business. Otherwise scale and box wonderful. It could have been an easy transaction but fate would not let id be so. Love the scale - hate the hassle with the purchasing of id.

I didn’t realize it was as flimsy as it was. I liked the heavy coin weights and the box is pretty but I didn’t realize it only could stay attached to the stand. I wish that would have been more descriptive. But the metal chain broke very easily and it appeared one of the coins was missing.

this is a great set but sadly mine was missing one of the weights and as it was a birthday present I didn’t have time to return. Other then that, great quality for the price
