I came across this product from doing a general metabolism search on Google. Let me tell you this stuff works! It definitely helps my body process starches much better and I don't gain those 200-300 fluctuating grams from eating a couple of donuts. The results are consistent on a daily! Highly recommend a balanced diet, exercise, and these will certainly help keep the scale going in the right direction.

This is a useless product. Don't be fooled like me by watching Shark Tank. I have used this product for couple of months and it does not even reduce 1% of carbs. I have been checking my weight and blood sugars every day but unfortunately this product does not work. I still have 3 packs of unused tablets and I am not going to use as these are useless. Don't spend thousands to buy this product. Only way is to control the diet to have less carbs intake.

"First of all I will start with the packaging and delivery which were both more than expected, the supplements are also of decent size and don’t carry a smell with them which I find some supplements do! delivery was before expected and the bottle is easy to store and lightweight for when away from home. Soo this capsule is something which was given to me as a sample when I bought some food from Eat fit. Though I was skeptical at once I decided to give it a try. Well firstly it's not a miricle tablet which helps you lose weight. Basically it means if you eat sweets and you have these tablets thinking it will negate the carbs it would be no. Then there is issue with flatulence, yes it will give you really bad gas trouble then once you reach half way through the box the tablets starts to stick inside the bottle and with each other. It's pretty difficult to take out the last few tablets from the box. I literally had to use the back of a table spoon to pull it out I would be skeptical of the effectiveness of the tablet as I didn't get any and if you believe it will help with reaching your diet goals then I wouldn't rely on it. Is it value for money? I would say NO On and btw you can only use 1 tablet in a day soo if you wanna cut the carbs make sure you are going to use it in your heaviest meal if you use more than 1 then you will have bad flatulence and headache so be warned. All in all it is designed to support your weight loss journey then again 1 tab a day soo if you are eating 3 meal and control the other 2 portions why don't you control the 3rd meal as well... Anyways just a suggestion... All in all I don't think its worth the money or asking price and I am doubtful about it's effictiveness
