The TRECOR Rolled Cork impact sound insulation is a 100 % pure natural product. The natural cork from the roll is easy and time-saving to install, is free of harmful substances and other chemical additives, and offers good and ecological impact sound insulation.

Product Description:
The cork sound insulation is suitable as an underlay for all floating and non-glued floors. This insulating underlay is made exclusively from pressed, natural cork. TRECOR rolled cork is also suitable for underfloor heating and, thanks to its antistatic properties, is ideal for use in IT areas. Furthermore, our rolled cork is characterized by its high compressive strength (up to 7 tons/m²) and also offers sufficient thermal insulation. Cork naturally has a pleasant elasticity.

Installation:
1. Ensure that the screed or subfloor is level, clean, dry, and crack-free, as well as tensile and compressive strength.
2. In the case of increased construction or residual moisture, as well as for all mineral subfloors, we recommend using a PE film at least 0.2 mm thick (available in our accessories range) in addition to your parquet underlay.
3. Install the parquet underlay with the smooth side facing up, butting the individual panels together.
4. To prevent the individual panels from shifting when installing the flooring, secure the joints with adhesive tape.
5. Cut the parquet underlay panels in corners and around walls with scissors or a carpet knife.
6. Your parquet underlay is now ready for the floating installation of the flooring.
