Just as pictured
Was surprised that it was just as pictured. I used it for a bride costume for my daughter and it turned out super cute. Can be used just as skirt for cosplay or costumes.

Full hoop ruffle petticoat
This is a nice full underskirt. Comfortable. Size small fit well with elastic band and Velcro with tie. Hoops are flexible when sitting. It was too full for the dress so we returned it.

Perfect
I was afraid that this wouldn't be floofy enough, but it had just the right amount of poof.

Not a crinoline, it's a hoop skirt
Based on the description and the reviews I thought this was a hoop skirt with added crinoline. It is a nice hoop skirt with ruffles. The material is a shiny polyester. The hoops are removable. I was hoping for an slip that would provide some fullness without the hoops but the ruffles alone aren't very full. It has a drawstring waist with a velcro closure. The hoops are flexible so sitting is comfortable. It's a nice hoop skirt, just not what I thought it would be.

Fair Hoop Petticoat
I have at least 10 different petticoats because I enjoy costumes and photography. This one is not my favorite, but for a lightweight dress with a narrow line it is decent.Quality:The stitching and general quality is very good. There are no loose threads, the velcro at the waist is sewn on well, and the material allows an overskirt to slide easily.Fit:It easily fit my 34/36-inch waist. I am 5'4" and the petticoat falls to just above my feet which is perfect. My usual size is a medium or 10-12 US. There is enough stretch in the waist to probably allow fit up to a size 16 but that might be a little tight. The sizing guide says it will fit up to a 36" waist, anything over that is probably stretching it a bit but could be done.Actual Use Notes:The petticoat is very light, meaning the structure of the hoops is not super strong. The hoops can't hold a heavy dress - think light materials only and one layer. I don't like that the first ruffle is so low, and it is fairly straight compared to my other A-line hoops. This will NOT give you a bell-shape, it is A-line meaning you will have a gradual flare from waist to hem. Looking at photos of others with the petticoat, it seems there is some variation in ruffle volume - mine does not have the fullness of the advertisement photos or one of the customer photos, but is very similar to another customers. The ruffles help hide the line of the hoops under a skirt and give soft volume, so more ruffles is better. If you get the more full version it will be very nice.Overall, a decent petticoat.
