Lunds Pancake Mix, Swedish, 12 Ounce (3)

This is the crepe mix my mom always used, and the only one I will buy. So thankful Amazon has it; it is difficult to find in store. At the recommendation of a friend, I blended all ingredients in the blender instead of wisking, and the batter was smooth and thin, as it should be!

I would rate this higher, but I only received two instead of three. It is my favorite pancake mix.

We love our OPH 49ers, so we searched until we found a mix we could make at home. We LOVE these! Delicious!
