yep. these are certaily H4 Halogen Bulbs
what can i say, they are functional bulbs. they work, maybe not as bright as i was hoping but they let me see in the dark while driving just fine and keep the local bored cops from pulling me and my 30yr old truck over. i cant rate the "longevity" as amazon is asking me because that is to be established because i put them in a week ago.

Remplace ceux d'origine H4 ou 9003
J'en ai installé 4 sur les voitures de mes enfants. 2x sur Hyundai Accent 2008 et 2x sur une Toyota Corolla 2000. Ceux-ci sont de bonne qualité et la luminosité est bien meilleure que ceux d'origine
