I purchased this item and when I received it, I did check the blind and it was in good condition and seemed to be made very well. The issue is when I went to mount it I was missing part of the mounting brackets. I did contact the manufacture and a very nice man email me and said he was sorry and they would get me replacement parts. They were very helpful.

Preparing my house to sell and have replaced all of the blinds, so I've bought several of these in different sizes. They take a little longer to receive, probably because of the uncommon sizes. What I like: pretty much any size needed can be ordered. What I dislike: the included instructions suck.

I love the blinds and they bring brightness in the room without the Texas heat. They were easy to install too. Since having the blinds up for two months one of the hardware brackets have broken. I just want to have a new bracket. How can I order one?

The instructions state to install the brackets with wall anchors but they are not provided. The brackets, screws etc. come in a flimsy box that was crushed when I opened it, and some screws were loose in the box. If you are mounting this on drywall, my advice is to get DuoPoint #4-6 anchors to assure the brackets are strongly attached; you will be pulling down on the bottom of the shade often. I had these on hand and used them.
