Wish the eyes lit up on the doorbell owl, but that's ok!The eyes on the stereo owl Do light up when it's rung!Price point per quality is worth it as it seems well made.Easy to install, just batteries for the owl, hang it up, then plug in the stereo box. Definitely loud enough for me to hear through my whole house.2 or more would be best for a bigger or well insulated home!Not sure how decent the range is from the owl to the stereo but it reaches just fine for my needs, about 20 ft.There are different volume settings and a few different door bell sounds to choose from.(A hooting owl would've been an cute feature in case the makers read this 😝)Works exactly as I wanted it so and does the job perfectly, definitely worth the money for me. Plus the design is absolutely adorable! Stands out so it's easier to see where my door bell is, id but again in a heartbeat!Absolutely love this wireless owl doorbell!

I bought this for my elderly parents who sleep in separate rooms due to my dad's snoring and mom's frequent visits to the restroom during the night. When my dad was released from the hospital following kidney complications, I put the door bell piece in his room (I affixed it to the side of his nightstand) and then plugged in the sound piece in my mom's room. If he had an emergency during the night, he could easily press the doorbell and the noise would alert my mom in her bedroom. He had to use it a couple of times, one time resulting in a call to 911, and both my mom and dad said it was a lifesaver. After my dad recovered, my mom fell and fractured her pelvis, so I switched the doorbell to my mom's room with the sound piece being plugged in to my dad's room, so if she needed help during the night she could press the doorbell and the noise would alert my dad in his bedroom. Works like a charm, the sound is loud enough without being obnoxious. I highly recommend for situations like this!!

I purchased this product for my elderly wheelchair bound mother, but not as a doorbell. I am her fulltime caregiver and when she needs me in the middle of the night she would have to yell my name until she woke me up as my bedroom is pretty far away from hers. We tried a baby monitor but it was hit or miss with the type of insulation in the home. I came across this and decided to give it a try. The receiver is plugged into a socket in my bedroom and she has the button. When she needs me she presses it and the hooting of an owl wakes me instantly. It's been a game changer! I didn't permanently install it anywhere, but it looks very easy to do so if needed. I love the volume control because I could plug it in my adjoining bathroom and still hear it if I wanted to. It's well built and compact enough for her to hold and use. There is no lag on her pressing the button and the owl in my room hooting. There's also a large variety of ringtones if I ever get tired of the owl sound. Truly a great product!

I like it so much that I ordered another for my other door and one for a friend. I’ve only had it a week but it works fine and was easy to install.

Every Cute. Easy to setup & use.bought to notify my son when I need him or for him to check his messages as he's busy with phones, Computer headphones ect .and can't always hear me. He can see the eyes light up and knows it's me. Great little gadget. Have had it for 2 days, works perfect!
