Extra charges after purchase
I got the machine about a year ago and all was working fine. I was generating and sharing my monthly reports withy doctor. Then end of last month I am unable to generate or share my BP reports. When I call the CS number, they inform me that this facility is no longer free and I have to upgrade to 'Pro' and pay 500 per month to generate and share my own reports. This is absolutely preposterous. This facility has been advertised on the website and the box (box pic attached). The CS was pathetic and just parroted the same copy paste response even after speaking to them and explaining the situation. All they kept saying is to pay and that this was a management decision. Did not expect this from such a big and reputed organisation.
