I have tried many ways to wash my back (I have a orthopedic birth defect limiting range in many of my joints making reaching behind my back very far impossible). Most items I have tried are inadequate, hard to soap up, bunch up in a 'rope' rather than lay flat, or break within a few uses. This is extremely well built, with 2 levels of roughness (I use mine on the 'softer' side most of the time. With the use of grommets and rugged hand loops, nothing is pulling apart any time soon. You do have to be aware of what the strap is doing if you move your hands a lot to reach more areas, but as long as you keep your mind on it you can get it to stay nicely flat on whatever area you are washing with it. I even fold it together to use 'lufa' like on places other than my back. I feel like I truly have a clean back, and I have no worries about how I treat this device. It is a great value and, even if you don't have a disability, you'll be happy with yours and you will get years of excellent service.

Although it’s great that the scrubber is machine washable, it does take a bit longer than expected to dry fully. I never liked the shower sticks with the brush or loofah.This feels absolutely amazing and I feel so very clean every day after using this thing.It's a bit rough when dry but softens a little when wet. Leaves me feeling great and as a big guy I can use it with ease.I roll it up and squeeze it to get most of the water out before storing it on the wall in the shower.Worth every cent and it feels like I'll have this for years to come.

Pros: works as a back scratcher when dry, works good scrubbing my back in the shower.Cons: no paperwork at all not even how to clean it, also since I'm 6 ft 1 it think i should have gotten the longer one though i'm not sure an inch longer would have made a big difference.it does work though and cons are minor so 5 stars.

Really easy to use and does clean my back very well to provide soft skin. The black color is great to track if it is cleaning your back. The grip is great, however the end handle threads comes off after few days and you do need to keep it sunlight to dry or it will smell.

Hubs' back is always itchy. I got him this back scrubber and he absolutely raves about it. It is two sided with different scrub surfaces on each side. It has sturdy handles so you can grab one in each hand and get your whole back. It rinses and dries readily. I bought the larger, 39 inch size because my hubby is a big guy. I haven't tried it yet, but every time he showers he remarks at how well this back scrubber works.

Soft and works well. For $6 can't beat the deal. Only thing is I would get the longer one if I ordered again. 38in was is long enough and sounds like plenty but I bet the longer one they offer is a little more convenient to use.
