We have ordered this product twice. It needs to be used in a well-ventilated area as it does have a strong smell but it goes away after time. It does its job getting rid of mold and mildew stains and we use it quite often in our business. The value for the money is right on point. It is easy to use if you follow the directions. Don't go trying to grow a brain and use it off of what the instructions are as it will not go well for you. But if you can read and follow instructions you won't have any problem with this product. The quality and name brand are a winner for me.

This stuff works very good on outside siding and inside for black mold. Use a mask and PPE gear, it will hurt you. Kills mold in contact

Spray on let set for 5 min. Works very good.

This product effectively removes mold for concrete. And it requires no scrubbing. It is only thing I have found that works on mold on concrete. Highly recommended.

Worked well but did not get 100% of stain.

The product worked very well. One thing it does have a very strong odor. You cannot use just a dust mask. You need a cartridge respirator made for gaseous chemicals. You also need to be cautious with skin contact. It is an irritant.

I am in maintenance in a 61 unit in a multi family apartment complex and love this BAD AXE so much. The smell is a bit strong but completely worth it. 1 gal. Lasted about 1 year so I ordered 2 gal my last order. For me there was a shipping fee but again worth it. I dont have a lot of time hopping something works so i use BAD AXE because I know it will work then 1st time.

What we like is that it works. I bought it for my brother to use on a basement wall - it works fantastically. The shelf life on this however - you can't keep it for long period of time - I don't know what that time frame is. Just know that it crystalizes and loses it potency. But great stuff. I'm a Realtor and suggest it to anyone who has a mold issue small or big!
