This stuff is awesome! I love it so much and it really does what it claims to do. It’s so simple to use. It really cuts the odor and stains. I know that it says it’s for pets, which it works wonders for, but I Would also like to add that it does work pretty good on other tough stains as well on fabric and carpets. This has been such a lifesaver. It’s a great price and it gets here very fast. It’s so much better than all of those sprays that claim they remove pet odor. Not saying that they don’t work good, but this phone is so much better because you don’t have to sit there and scrub your carpet where the pet stain was. The phone just does that work for you. I have noticed that if you clean a large area with it it does help to vacuum once it’s absorbed. This has a nice fresh smell, it's to clean out messes but you can use it as an oder nuteralizer. You can just spray it into the air. I love the versatility of this cleaner and it works really well because it deals with the enzymes in the feckel and urine. It doesn't just cover the smell up it really cleans. I'm going to buy it again. Before i bought it on Amazon i was buying it in the store. Now i buy it in bulk, it's great!

Outside shipping box was fine but as soon as I opened the box a very nice scent came out. Unfortunately the Shout lid broke off and the contents spilled out in the box and the plastic bag it was in, which was also torn. Unable to sprinkle on the carpet as lid is broken. Not able to shake out of container or bag as too much comes out at one time. Cant resend as both container and plastic bag damaged & not sending back in big box it came in- just a mess for Amazon to clean up!Will try pouring some in garbage sack to keep down odors. Only 1 of 2 broke so not all lostHopefully Amazon will refund?Otherwise happy with product. Kind of like salt. Nice clean scent lasted a couple days.

Before I get into my review I have to admit even this is difficult to do since I am still in mourning over our Sweet Little Old Sadie the Lady. She passed over a month ago but the pain is still fresh. Now that I have acknowledged the Lady I want to give those of you who are either training your pup to got side to take care of business or if they are like our little old lady dog and is along in their years and often has no idea they are even doing anything. I am 48 and have always had at least one dog in our family (usually having 2 to 4). So as you can imagine I am no stranger to the frustration of the pee smell. All that being said I finally found it!!!! This stuff is the real deal, When I first ordered it the first thing my mom said was "You do know this is for cats right?" Trying hard to keep my face from turning beat red and steam shooting out my ears I calmly let her know I had read through dozens of reviews of about a jillion products and this seemed like it was worth a try. Shout for Pets was not one of the pricy products promising to deliver us from being known as the people who live in the house that smells like dog pee. But..guess what? It actually worked!!! I had my mom (as well as anyone else whom I could catch) tell me the truth. I even left the house myself several times and really tried to be objective about the smell. Everyone, including myself, honestly could not even smell a hint of pee -even when I had just barely cleaned up one of my dog's sweet little surprises I always seemed to find right after a nice bath and put on clean socks fresh from the laundry. I am seriously happy I found this product. It made the last couple of months before she was gone so much easier not to be upset when she left more little land mines than I thought a little dog could possibly produce. It will be a while this time but now I am completely prepared for the next love.

This product isn’t good for set in urine stains. But it is good for fresh urine stains and just regular stains on the carpet. It does in fact have a good smell. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I figured it would be useful on any urine on the carpet. I purchased 3Bottles, you get alot for your money. The package was good. They were secure so they didn’t have room to tip and break or spill out. Would repurchase just to clean carpets but not for set in urine stains.

my cat developed a UTI earlier this summer and thankfully it was diagnosed and has cleared up, however the smell of urine remained in the carpet in the area she frequented. I tried several products and homemade solutions to rid that area of the odor but to no avail. Enter Shout PRO for Pets Odor and Urine Eliminator...it WORKS! Work great with dog urine

This product absolutely does what it says! My elderly cat was really sick towards the end and started peeing in place regardless of where he was, even my lap. I put some of this in the washing machine with the affected items and there was absolutely no cat urine smell left after wash! I am impressed! Smelled very clean and fresh!
