This product is strong and durable. The galvanized metal matches the rest of my fence. This was an easy solution for making sure my gate stays closed.So far, the product has withstood the wildly varying weather conditions of winter, spring, and summer in the South.The item was easy to install the instructions were pretty straightforward. The closer is pretty adaptable since you can adjust the tension. I installed this on my man gate rather than my larger car gate as I feel I'd need something a little sturdier for that. Since 99.9% of my deliveries come via the man gate, this is working out well.Overall, I am pleased with the gate closer and would recommend it to others in need of a reliable and long-lasting solution for their chain link gates. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5-star rating is that the tension adjustment, while useful, could have been a bit easier to fine-tune precisely. Nonetheless, this gate closer is an excellent investment for anyone looking to ensure their gate remains secure and functional for the long term.
