Excellent Quality Malic Acid! Great for Candy
I use Malic acid for candymaking. It has a sour taste & is great for making fruity flavors ‘pop’! (Especially apple and watermelon) It also improves the mouth feel of both soft and hard candies.This Malic acid is affordable, high quality, has good taste, and works well. I will definitely buy this brand again.

I like sour candies and they are never sour enough for me. I ordered this and citric acid and add a little bit to his black bag, throw my own candies in, shake them around and they are excellent
