After using it for the last 3 months surprisingly I have lost weight up to 2 kgs and I was not willing to lose but overall it's a good product, it will help you to gain some strength and will give you good shape but not the muscle mass so remember it will help you to give you good shep but not increase the muscle mass and you may lose the weight

Is very convenient. It has creatine and glutamine added. 2 scoops a day would cater to full creatine and glutamine supplementation in addition to the Whey protein.Good mixability, dissolves well.The only issue which needs correction is the sweetness. It is too sweet, I have a scoop in 500 ml or more water and it is still too sweet.Maybe GNC could consider reducing the amount of sweeteners by say 30%. I took a star off purely for over sweetness, I can feel even after an hour.
