I put the One Side Thong on before running on my elliptical for 30 min to give it the ultimate test. After 15 min. (of running) it did slip down a little. I put a C-ring on and put the pouch over the ring. The ring locks the thong in place. A C-ring should have been sewn in the pouch to ensure it won't slip off. I will buy more.

Flimsy and uncomfortable. Really a show piece for whatever event you are going for where nudity isnt allowed but being 1% covered and your friends are drunk and egging you on.

Don't like much. Hard time staying on right as I'm very large in penis size. It moves around when it's worn and many times walking or getting up my penis or testicles would pop out.

Fabric and packaging are good quality. Item is well constructed. My only problem is that instead of being rounded in front like the images, it actually comes to a point. This makes it look strange in my opinion. Item also runs a little small with minimal stretch.
