Hit are miss
It's a hit-or-miss depending on I've bought. over 20 boxes several of them came messed up, but they always make it right. Love dragonball

Rip off
Bought this box for my son upon arrival we notice the packaging was loose... open the box the realize every pack of cards was open with missing cards. Package label that said what it was saying "new" was covered with a different label. My phone won't let me upload the pictures.....

Boxes were already opened
I opened the package and noticed the boxes were damaged. Didn’t Bother me until I saw the all packs inside opened up. I left the other box unopened knowing that the other box was probably the same.

Great , 2 box well sealed
Two box are well sealed. Two boxes' promotion card are insdie the box. One is SR, another is SPR. If there is no promotion card (SR or SPR) in the box, it would be not right. You should take a video when you open the package. I did record it.
