I struggle with a long heavy cycle. I bleed through an ultra tampon and pad at least once a month. My period genuinely flows at top speed out of my body. My constant leaking is a joke around my office. I bit the bullet in an attempt to reduce waste primarily but I had no idea it was this incredibly effective!! I have leaked through twice since I started using the diva cup. Once due to improper insertion. The idea of these always grossed me out but now that I’ve given them an honest try I think tampons and pads are not hygienic! There is no mess when using a diva cup! I feel clean during my cycle which I didn’t feel while using pads and tampons. The convenience is great. You can be anywhere and not have to worry about sneaking a pad or tampon in or what to do with your used products. Just empty, rinse, reinsert. I am in and out of the bathroom much faster. I’ve saved so much $ it’s incredible. I rave about these to my friends and colleagues and even got a few close friends a diva cup for Christmas. Honestly this had changed my life. My cycle is no joke! This product had given me freedom I did not have during my heaviest days each month. Give it two cycles and you will never go back

Gets the job done! I found it much stiffer than my previous Saalt cup and it stings if it pops out of C-fold prematurely (ow), but the capacity is good, no leaks, easy to clean. The little pin is also super cute. I would recommend a different brand if you’re trying a cup for the first time since the stiffness of this one may be a little offputting, but if you are familiar with menstrual cups (or have given birth) this one is fine.

Love the diva cup and the brand. It’s great quality for the price and makes me feel safe using it because of what it’s made out of. Comfortable and easy to use.

I am well over 30, and I gave birth naturally. The small size works best for my body. I have tried other cups and bigger sizes and stuff got stuck. I became injured removing these others. I do have a heavy flow so I might adjust up a size on those two days. But if I need to do heroic measures to remove it, I won’t repeat. For now I say if you are a yogi and you do mula bandha or maybe even kegels try a a smaller size. Btw there are things you can do to get back into shape down there. You might not need the large size. You will get rid of bladder incontinence too.

I wanted to buy a replacement for my diva cup and saw the "Blush" menstrual cups highly reviewed and recommended on amazon, so I gave them a shot. Unfortunately, the blush cup sat so high, it was IMPOSSIBLE to remove them without creating a huge mess, even when it was full. Went right back to the diva cup, and it is great. Doesn't sit too high so you can comfortably remove it when it gets full, and the shape makes it easier to adjust.
