The instructions are very megre, you have to light it with long taper or pizo lighter, the stones discolour due to very large flames which eat the fuel up. I used 99.9% isopropanol alcohol but the aperture is so large it burns quickly. Don't think I'll be trusting it inside. Stones also tumble out or into the burner when you remove the glass shield..altogether not a good design for using or for effect 🤔UPDATE..have dropped to 1 * after using it again..eats through fuel as no control and it sooted the glass surround and sent puffs of soot into the room. Wouldn't use it again and found it to be a waste of money..sorry but true! 🤔
