No, you can't. Google Nest Wifi Pro uses the same name or SSID for both the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz band networks. It comes with a Band Steering feature that will automatically guide your connected devices, and it will attempt to select the band that will deliver the best performance for your device.
