So I ordered and got something completely different when it first arrived. So I sent whatever it was back and got the actual product sent to me. Whoops people make mistakes right!? Ok, so I got the actual item in the description finally this morning and the box was crushed and quite obviously opened before. The holder was already fully put together… so someone else had this item and it was returned after being used. The sticky adhesive wasn’t even sticky either. I tried using it anyways and it wouldn’t stick and the part that holds your phone would not even CLOSE around my phone. So I tried putting some more pressure and holding the button…. Nothing. Tried every way of closing this d—- thing and NOTHING. It is stuck open. There must be an issue with the springs. Don’t even know if my phone would’ve fit in it. I won’t be buying from this company again. The picture of me holding it directly I was squeezing it quite hard with my dominant hand too. It only stayed sticky on my dash for 2-4 minutes.
