Really nice and quite sturdy when built but the joints easily break. Plenty of spares if needed.

We purchased this cage for one of our cats as they needed to be kept in isolation following some vet treatment. This has worked extremely well. The build quality is great and once put together is very sturdy, even without using all the ties provided. It took a good hour to put up. The layout can be adjusted using the parts supplied, eg we created a snug area using the floor panels meant for the third tier. We also used some of the floor panels as side panels around the litter area to prevent litter being spilled out. We also used the roof access piece as access to the litter to make it easier to clean out.The floor panels are made of plastic but are surprisingly strong, our 8.5kg cat tried them out whilst we were building it as it easily held their weight. The only thing we didn’t use were the ramps provided to give access to the different level as I don’t think they are needed for cats, but looked sturdy if you use this for smaller pets/those that can’t jump. All in all a good quality product.

Took 5 hours to build and was BEYOND fiddly, however, there were loads of spare cable ties and fittings incase anything broke in the process and plenty of cable ties to make sure it’s really strong and secure. The hammock is awful quality though, broke as soon as I put it up so using it as a blanket instead. I’d also say the locks for the doors are really flimsy as well. Would be good if would come with some pegs to secure it into the ground if using as an outdoor pen (which I am).

This cage is made up of a huge number of small squares which are held together with little round plastic connectors .. it takes hours to piece together and the picture instructions are not great. Once you get over that the biggest issues are the floor of the cage is a series of squares held together which means it is not a waterproof floor and also because the connectors are protruding, no decent itter tray will fit between them so we needed to use a very small litter tray. Also the catches for the 'door' are ridiculously bad. There is no proper latch, rather 3 keyring type clips which are rubbish.This cage is absolutely huge and will only be suitable if you've lots of space, and don't mind dirty and wet seeping through the floor. We regret our purchase!

Great product but make sure you cable tie everything, especially if you have a climber. Also if your cat is quite big (5kg and he does tend to throw himself on to it) you may need to reinforce the stitching on the hammock.

Once assembled it serves its purpose well, but I’m an experienced diyer and it took me approximately 6 hours to build it up, there are hundreds of parts to it, every panel and joint has to be put together separately and then they all need to be secured with the cable ties provided. You need to allow a full day to get it together, so to say it can be assembled by 1/2 people in 10/30 minutes is absurd.

Easy to assemble, sturdy, has already survived rain and storms. Cats happy with the space. Wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 cats as ours are 9 months and 1 year and it is a nice size for the two of them.If they were smaller kittens you could get away with using it for more. We turned the cubbys round instead of using them for storage and popped blankets in them, the cats use these for sleeping in the shade.
