Q: I have an average sized 6 year old. Would you order a small or medium size?

Someone else had posted that her son was a pretty solid muscular 7 y/o and the large fit him well. I recall it being true to size for my son but I don’t recall the sizing as it was 4 years ago and I have since passed it on so maybe go with the medium if he’s an average size

I would get a large. My son wore a medium last year whenow he was 7 and in a size 7/8 in boys clothes.

I bought this for my son 2 years ago and it was very true to size. I cannot emphasize enough how surprised and impressed I was with the quality! I "boyed it up" with a feather head dress, but as is, it's perfect for a little girl. You will not be disappointed.
