I recently purchased this electric bike, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! It has been everything as advertised and more.Assembly: The bike was incredibly easy to assemble. The instructions were clear, and I had it ready to go in no time. Even if you're not particularly handy, you should have no trouble putting it together.Performance: This bike performs exceptionally well. The electric assist is smooth and provides just the right amount of help, whether I'm commuting to work or enjoying a leisurely ride on the weekend. The battery life is impressive, and I can go several days without needing a recharge.Design and Build Quality: The bike looks sleek and modern, and it's clear that high-quality materials were used. It's sturdy and feels very solid, which gives me confidence when riding on various terrains.Customer Support: The customer support has been outstanding. I had a couple of questions during the assembly process, and they were quick to respond and very helpful. Puckipuppy has been the best bikes we own. From the Assembly, delivery, and YouTube videos have been helpful. The Battery life is extremely well-built and lasts for hours of ridding. We have enjoyed miles of trails riding with a comfortable seat. Puckipuppy did Not miss the target on their tires, they hold up going through gravel, grass and sidewalks. Our gear shift are a nice touch with performance. Lights and reflectors were a bonus for evening ridding. The quality holds up to its name. We have a 70lbs Bulldog we tow with a trailer and it preforms very well and the battery lasts and does not sway. The packaging was well handled and all the parts were included. Also a Bonus, Puckipuppy company Ms Ester called me to check in to see if we were happy with our purchases. If we had any questions regarding the bike or overall performance. Customer service 5 Star Rating across the board!!!! We also received a bonus gift package that included a water bottle holder, cell phone holder, basket, mirrors and a bike cover. WOW!! We can’t express the great service and quality in the process of ordering our bikes. Fed Ex was wonderful and we had to sign for them. We have recommended it to our family and they have ordered a Puckipuppy as well. As a family, we look forward to enjoying time together and ridding with ease. We highly recommend this company and their bikes to anyone.

This is my first e-bike, it is very easy to use and extremely comfortable with a nice large seat. I bought it primarily to ride at the beach on the hard sand but I was super happy that it just glided over the soft sand with ease! I haven’t gotten up to full speed yet, still getting comfortable on it. It is super quiet and definitely has some oomph to it! One thing I can tell you is don’t rely on the instruction manual, it is HORRIBLE! The pictures are hard to see and it doesn’t have enough information in it. Go to YouTube for any questions and further instructions. So many really good videos out there. Also, the sellers have GREAT customer service! The e-bike is priced right, as far as I can tell this is a superior bike. And it came with a free accessory kit! This was a GREAT purchase and I expect many years of fun with it! You will too, I definitely recommend this e-bike!

I researched e-bikes for a VERY long time, and I'm a total nerd about smart technology and great customer service, so let me save you some time. Puckipuppy is clearly trying to make a mark in this exploding market, and they've succeeded. No other bikes in this class (Asian made, heavy aluminum frame super-fat-tire bikes) offer the quality and high-end components Puckipuppy uses. I bought both of their fat-tire models, the suspension-frame Flamingo for me and this step-through Pearl Bird for my wife, and we LOVE them. There are dozens of components in these bikes, and I've found that most are simply inconsequential from a branding perspective, so don't get bogged down with them. Most are also cheap enough that you can easily replace them if they break down over time. The elements I was looking for in my wife's bike were 1) a step through frame that was low-cut enough for her to stand with both feet touching while still sitting on the seat, as she's 5'3", 2) a 20AH battery for greater distance, and 3) a thumb throttle for better safety. At this price, I was initially skeptical but took the chance due to their great communications before the sale. Several months and many miles later, we could hardly be happier. They drive GREAT, they pedal great, they brake great, they go a LOOONG way between charges even in the hill country where we live, and they're super comfortable. Most important, their customer support team has been there to answer every question imaginable, and I asked A LOT, as these were my first e-bikes. If you want the best value for quality available on the market, you can stop looking.
