Could never contact customer support. Manual door keys are made in China and could not have duplicates made in USA but TOPENS would send you a spare key for $40.00. I have recently installed ck2500 model and it’s working great. What I like the most is the efficiency being a 30ft door it’s working perfectly no issues have encountered. I highly recommend to use it especially for heavy duty door as the topens stability and durability is very good after personally using I can say they delivered what they said!!!!

I’ve only been using it for a short time, but so far I’m very happy with the quality of this gate opener. I don’t think you can beat it for the price. If you’re mechanically inclined, this is not too hard of a job. Only issue I had was the magnets that you mounted to the gate to limit how far the gate goes, the bolts on the back of them are too short to go through the provided brackets. Customer service I tried calling only to find out you have to email them. There is one day response for the email, but I have to say that Julie for Topens Was pretty helpful by sending me a video dealing with a problem. I also received a free gift for the inconvenience. Overall, I’m very satisfied. Now it’s just a matter of how long it gives me troubles free service. Previously had a Robo slide by elite. That thing gave me nothing but heartache and cost me Repair money all the time.

I ordered this item and it came well-boxed, clean and looking strong. However, it didn’t work. I contacted customer service and was asked to test a couple of things and was quickly sent a new one without even trying to order one. The new one works great. Nothing is perfect, sometimes you get a dud. This company exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I wouldn’t hesitate to order a product From them again. The value is exceptional, installation is easy, and if something goes wrong, customer service is fantastic.
