Poor design….
Went to utilize for the first time since I bought this one. It was tangled and so tight in the reel that it delayed my job, because I had to wait for another contractor to bring theirs. Ended up purchasing a more common brand. Recommend rounding out the cage and making the cage larger for the reel, so the line can actually be reeled out easily.
