Happy with device. Good quality. Great locking device. Like the way the date cards include the day as well as times of day. Helps the user with which day it is.Reasonable time for delivery. Would have helped if it was quicker due to safety aspect as family member broke last device and was at risk with medication s while waiting the week for delivery.

Really good purchase. Memory nurse suggested we got one so that mum took her aricept and now mum is now taking her tablets without reminding - only very minor problem is that sometimes one of the large tablets (calcichew) but to be honest that is more my problem as I am probably overfilling the little compartment,

This is so easy to set up and so far has proved reliable. It gives me peace of mind to know that only the tablets that need to be accessed at a particular time are available. Have already recommended it to others who have a member of their family with memory problems!

Much better for my father-in-law (in the early stages of dementia) than the non-automatic versions that we were previously using. However, not perfect. Seems to skip sections every now and then, and one of the tablets he takes, which is very small, slips between sections when he tips or shakes the box. Luckily it is not really critical which tablets are morning or evening. Would definitely recommend though.

Not really that good, it only comes with one key, not that this matters as on the second day of use the lock fell out, on the third day the movement detection that switches the alarm off stopped working so the only way to stop the alarm is to take the battery out. Other than that it work fine.

This is a great product for anyone caring for someone who takes various medications. Easy to fill, a high pitched bleeping sound when its time to take meds.

Have had one of these before and been very happy with it and passed it on when my father died. Bought this for my mother and was disappointed when the lock broke. They replaced it immediately and am very happy with this one. Would have given five other than the loc issue.

Purchased 2 devices for my mother . She has become forgetful and had not been following a safe routine taking her medicationThe pharmacy we deal with has been very accomadate go. They will fill the device as she takes medication x 4 during the day and this works perfectly for a week. The delivery person drops off the full one and picks up the empty one so that the pharmacy can refill for the next week.
