Great bundle for a sourdough beginner!
This is a great beginner bundle. Quality products. Love the Danish Whisk. I would recommend this 100% to a sourdough newbie. Great bang for your buck! When I started my sourdough journey I didn’t want to invest too much. This product, a silicon sling and some plastic proofing covers were all I have purchased.

Banneton set
I am very pleased with this entire banneton set. You get two baskets, the design cutter (do not know the terminology), extra blades (10), plastic scraper, wood handle scraper and the design templates. I cannot wait to use these items. Would definetly suggest buying this set.
