Such great quality, such great value for money

I was on the fence for years about getting an AI for possible music production. Never thought I was ever good enough to ever write my own stuff so I put that dream on the shelf. I got severely I'll, temporarily disabled so I bought a guitar and an amp almost a year ago. Started writing stuff but my gear wasnt capturing the sound I wanted so I bought this recording pack to take things a bit more seriously on the production side about a month ago. It was the best decision I've ever made and I feel like a kid again. Haven't had this much fun...ever. It's so easy to use. The instructions on the box are very helpful in setting everything up. It came safely in the mail. Got it in white and it's absolutely beautiful. Thanks to everyone at Arturia for creating quality products, along with their partners.

All the hardware that you get with this kit is simple but fine. None of it will blow you away, and if you intend on just using the hardware, you should look elsewhere. You can get much better for the same price buying similar or better for less than this kit. The included software really is a great bundle, and is amazing for anyone who wants to get started with enthusiast level tools at their disposal. I would not call this a professional kit, but it is a good stepping stone kit to get you well on your way. As far as the hardware you get, it's all perfectly competent. The microphone is a pretty good condenser mic, sounds pretty clean, no issues with it at all. Perfectly tuned for vocals. You may want to invest in a foam filter for it, it's an odd shape so finding one that fits might be a challenge, since the included pop filter isn't the best and it tends to pick up a fair bit of environmental noise. The headphones are actually quite nice, they sound pretty good, nice for reference with a pretty flat curve. My only issue with them is they do feel quite cheap. The mixer itself, other than being the USB stick with all the software is as basic as they come. But all you need it for is connecting audio equipment to your PC, and for that it is perfectly cromulent. All in all, this kit is quite pricey, but if you want to get into the hobby of recording, you could do a heck of a lot worse.

This Arturia MiniFuse 2, on its own, typically goes for about ½ the price of this bundle. This means that the other half the price is in the bundled microphone, headphones, and software. Well, the microphone and headphones don’t add a huge amount of value, in my opinion. They’re ok, but not top tier. There are other in-depth reviews online for the hardware, so I won’t rehash those here. That leaves the software. Ableton Live Lite can’t normally be purchased on its own, it only comes bundled with hardware like this, so it’s hard to pin down its real value. DAWs range in price from free to very expensive. However, it’s only the Lite version of Ableton, not the full version, but its’s a reasonably decent DAW for beginners that’s good at live recordings, looping, and MIDI editing. Guitar Rig 6 LE is also the lite version (LE), and the Arturia software is also basically the Intro/Lite version. The Lite versions of most of these are not sold on their own, so it’s hard to know how much value there is here. It does, however, come with 4 Arturia plugins which, on their own, retail for quite a bit individually (as most good VST plugins seem to), so there might be some good value there if these are the exact plugins you really want/need. The most disappointing surprise was that both the Splice and Auto-Tune Unlimited software that’s included is only a 3 month trial. The seller’s page doesn’t say anything about this 3-month time limit at the time of this review. However, these are subscription services anyway, so I guess there has to be a time limit. Though, I wish it were more like a year, and not just 3 months. All in all, I think this bundle is generally worth it. If you are new to Digital Audio Workstations, Recording, etc, this is a good starter system that won’t break the bank, and will let you know if you want to delve deeper into higher end stuff in the future. I do wish it came with a few Pro versions of the software, though, and not just lite versions. Overall, I think it still gets 5 stars for the total value of the bundle, if you plan to use all the software. I'd say it's on the border of 4 and 5 stars, so I rounded up.

Je ne vais pas rentrer dans les détails mais pour toutes les personnes qui recherchent du matériel sans se ruiner, vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés. Excellente qualité de fabrication. Tout fonctionne parfaitement bien. La carte son est top. Le micro est nickel et le casque aussi. Pour ceux qui se demande comment éteindre la carte son quand le pc est éteint. Redémarrer votre pc sur votre Bios et activez le mode ERP ,et voilà elle se coupera en même temps que l'ordinateur(Cela désactive tout simplement l'alimentation des ports usb).
