Smells so good and works
I love the smell of peppermint! It comes in a 2-pack. Helps me when my head hurts or I need my sinuses to open. I don’t find it greasy instead it’s soft and glides on easily. It lasts long which I was surprised by. I am so pleased with my purchase.

Lifesavers for people with headaches
I keep one of these in every room, my car, my purse for any sudden headaches. Doesn’t cure a headache but certainly helps by distracting from the pain. I apply around ears, under eyes, and back of neck.

Strong
Can burn skin if you aren’t careful but I love the strength and potency. East to apply and not messy or leaky like roll ons. Use this every night for calmness.

Decent alternative to HeadOn
Works pretty good, similar to Head On but not as strong... but also without the bad chemicals either I guess. Similar to chapstick consistency but not oily really. There's no medicine in this, it works by creating a cool feeling on your forehead and temples that somehow distracts your senses and creates temporary relief, usually enough time to take some pills and fall asleep. It has a slight peppermint smell but not so strong that it makes a migraine worse. It's definitely better than only pills and for me offers about 30 minutes of distracted relief. I can use it about 3 times during a day, giving my head some downtime to reset so that it'll work again.I like the two pack option. One in the cupboard at home and one in my travel kit.

Smells pleasantly minty, relaxing
No, it is probably not going to magically cure your headache (let's be reasonable in our expectations here), but it is a nice soothing cooling sensation on your forehead, neck, or temples, and the scent and coolness help relax you a bit. Most effective on tension headaches, where relaxing is what it's all about, but I find it somewhat helpful for sinus headaches too.The scent is a pleasant sweet herbal mint flavor, not unlike spearmint gum. While the label says "with menthol crystals," I don't notice a distinct menthol scent. It also says "with Rosemary," but I don't detect any rosemary notes in the scent. I am very sensitive to smells generally and especially when I have a headache, but I find the mint scent pleasant and soothing even when I have a migraine. But I do find I have to be careful how much I put on my forehead or temples-- while it smells gentle, the menthol fumes are strong enough that they will make your eyes water and squint if you overdo it . And that's NOT relaxing when I have a headache! I stick with one quick swipe across the brow, and never put it BELOW my eyes, since the fumes rise.

too small
was expecting for it to be much bigger, the dimensions said 3 by 2 by 1, but the actual dimensions of the product are about 2.5 x 0.75 x 0.5not nearly as big as it should be, and even though there's two its definitely not worth 20 dollars. Everything else about it is great, good relief for headaches, good smell and nice cooling sensation when applied to skin.

Headache
I’ve been using these peppermint sticks for a while. I love them. I don’t get headaches very often, but when I do, I don’t have time for it. So I open the stick and rub a little on my upper for head, my temples as far back from my eyes as I can get in the back of my neck. And within a half an hour, there’s no trace of a headache trying to catch me. I love them.

Best of the bunch
I used to use Head-On but they stopped making it. Nothing's as good, by the way, but seeking to find the next best thing I ordered every similar product on the market for my daughter who has migraine headaches. We got the one by Badger, Mygra stick, Tiger balm, all of them. I spent over a hundred dollars on sticks and oils seeking to find something close to Head On. Out of all of them, this was her favorite, hand's down. She said it was the least messy, the most powerful and the easiest to use. The others were so bad and sort of watered down that we threw them away. This doesn't cure a headache but it sort of takes the pain out a little, kind of distracts it or something. The peppermint is very strong. When she uses her migraine medicine, puts ice on her head and this peppermint stick on her temples and forehead, she's able to get pretty quick relief.
