This is a decent POE camera and one of the cheapest ones I could find. Setup was a breeze, aiming it was easy, manufacturer had installers in mind. Would buy more.

Forget about remotely viewing anything — you’ll be lucky if the app even opens. I spent over a month chatting back and forth with their so-called “support team,” who dragged me through endless troubleshooting steps (resetting, reinstalling, rebooting, standing on one foot — you name it). Every time they acted like it was a new problem. Nothing ever got fixed.It’s like their customer service’s idea of “support” is just to waste your time until you give up. Honestly, I think they enjoy watching people jump through hoops while they pretend to help. This whole process felt more like a scam than a service.BOTTOM LINE:• The camera is unreliable.• The app is a joke.• Customer support is a circus act.• You will lose your money, time, and sanity.DO NOT BUY A ZOSI CAMERA.If you value your time, your patience, and your security, run far, far away from this brand. Nice inexpensive add on to Night Owl HD DVR. Biggest thing is reading directions and putting in correct mode with easy switch once unit has power
