Horrible
I do not recommend this product. They are very hard, do not fit over teeth, and they also clamp on your gums which is extremely painful. Had I not put them in my mouth, I for sure would have return them.

They were ok. It was kinda difficult to understand the directions. Then the wax was kinda messy. It didn't adhear to the teer well and was a waste of time and money
