This is my second set of cruets and I like this one. Easy to refill and to use.

I am so pleased with these little dispensers. First of all, they are easy to clean, and easy to dry, though I do lay mine out for a day on paper towel to make sure it's bone dry before pouring in my oils. Keeping a dispenser clean and dry is a must for keeping oils at their peak....IMO. Supposedly these can go in the dishwasher, but I prefer to hand wash. They are small, so I'm not having large amounts of oil exposed to air or light at one time. So far, I have found them to be drip-proof. I searched for a while before deciding on these. I'd decided to replace my old stainless steel olive oil dispenser even though it had been a gift (15 years ago) from a family member. It had a lovely shape, and looked great on the counter, but like most all oil dispensers, it had a narrow neck and a long spout making it an absolute beast to clean, and it held a lot of oil, easily 16+ ounces. I always felt that was too much. These little guys have a rather strange lid that was a surprise when I first unwrapped them. The outer stainless steel is a kind of sheath. The actual "lid" is recessed into the upper part of the stainless outer "shell". Hard to describe. At first, I wasn't sure that I'd like it, but I soon found that the whole thing comes apart, so it's easy to clean, fill, and dry. I am pleased and would definitely buy again.
