Does the job. Saved a couple pennies.

I just opened the package so I don’t have anything to say about the taste, or the actual effects of the creatine but I find it annoying that the spoon was in a plastic wrap and it was annoying having creatine all over my table.

I was off creatine for 9 months, after two weeks of this I put on 2 or more pounds. Now, I recognize that this is water weight since creatine causes muscle cells to take in water, but to me that means it's working as intended.

1 dose is 7 pills, which kind of makes this inconvenient to take. They're not dissimilar from zinc supplements - a dry. white, uncoated, powder pill, that are pretty large. I can get 2 down at a time. I prefer taking my 2 gummies per day that taste good and I only need 2 or those, or the flavored powder I can just put into my water. These are fine in a pinch, but don't love having to take 7 of them - you do get 210 of them per bottle, so this is a 1-month supply. You also have to take them at their word that you're taking what they say you are - there's no certification or anything on the bottle, just an image of a 3rd party testing report on the amazon page.

Second time using this product. I'm really seeing great results when using it as described.
