Firstly, WTF is up with all these pieces? It's like a mensa test working out what goes where.Secondly, I don't know how anyone wears this under clothes as shapewear as it is super bulky.Thirdly, it makes it impossible to bend or sit with any comfort.Maybe I'm using wrong?

I wear shape wear every day so something has to be really special in order for me to review it. Well what can I say about this item! I wore it under my fitted work clothes today and it gave me a really nice waist. I felt supported in it throughout the day. It is such good value for money , I can not recommend enough and will be wearing this all of the time . LOVE IT
