Sarah's SilksRainbow Balloon Ball | Reusable Safe Balloon Toy for Children

While this silk balloon cover is a fun novelty play item, it's actually serving as a safety item for our toddler. Balloons are a huge hit with our kids from babyhood and on, but with the risk of them popping and being a serious choking hazard, it makes me very nervous to have them blown up in our house. This silk balloon cover is genius because it doesn't dampen the fun of playing with a bloom at all and it contains the balloon pieces should it pop while inside. We just purchased a second one because it's been such a big hit for our 1 year old and 5 year old. Balloons last awhile in the silk and as fjr replacements, just purchase some run of the mill party balloons.

This is the most beautiful and practical way to keep your toddler safe while playing with balloons! My boys love playing “Keepy Uppy” but our youngest would always try to chew on the balloon - which made this RN mama so nervous! Then I came across this Sarah’s Silk balloon covers. Not only are they gorgeous, but they make it practically impossible for a child to choke on the balloon inside, even if it pops. Such a brilliant idea! Would definitely recommend this product.

Sarah’s Silks are, by and large, great. My kids enjoy playing with them and they are durable. Balloon balls are great, because my kids can play with them in the house without smashing anything.But this Sarah’s Silks ballon ball is awful. It’s misshapen - sort of an uneven oblong shape rather than a sphere. Because of this, it doesn’t fit well on the balloon when it’s inflated, and if you throw it, it goes in weird directions. Silk isn’t stretchy, so it’s going to need to be sewn with high precision in order to fit a certain shape. And alas, that is not what has happened here. There are a number of cheaper, better balloon balls available - check those out instead!

Fun toy - my kids enjoyed them!!

My dog loves balloons, but she breaks them and we have to get the pieces away from her to keep her from swallowing them. But this solves that problem. She can drag the balloons around by the nub still but when it pops the balloon is inside. It also takes longer for her to break a balloon.

This was exactly what I was looking for to protect my toddler but also feed her love for balloons!! Now she can play without me being afraid of it popping and her getting the rubber pieces! Plus she loves the colors! I only wish it was a little bigger for larger balloons.

The balloon popped 2 minutes after we blew it up!

Love all Sarah silk products. Product comes in a reusable bag for storage. Kids love balloons and this is great to help prevent popping!
