Been on these now for roughly a month and they seem to be helping. The capsule itself is a little on the larger side but it goes down really easily, without feeling like it’s getting stuck or without any adverse taste or odours. I haven’t experienced and side effects, and my sleep and my general wellbeing seems to have improved. I fine I can concentrate for longer and my mood seems to be a little better too. (Premenopausal!) I love the fact you get omega 3 and D3 K2 all in one capsule. Saves on money and taking additional supplements. When they arrived I was shocked at the size of the huge pot! it’s definitely going to keep me going for some time! So very cost affective too. Overall pleased with my purchase

These are easy to swallow and taste nice too, they don’t smell bad and are perfect due to the benefits, they are a little large but are effective.
